To my friends at LDS Philanthropies:
My belief in Tanise has its roots 30 years ago when two LDSP leaders came to Cleveland for a private version of this workshop, just for the two of them.
What stands out for me, knowing her over many years, is how her humanity shines through.
She is steeped in this work and very important that she has a background in organizational behavior and leadership. In fact, a doctorate — something I’ve never attempted — plus a dissertation topic offering a new contribution of a model for work in the philanthropic realm.
She demonstrates time and again how she works from this the understanding of the “why” behind the principles in this field – principles that really apply to all of human behavior, even beyond the philanthropic.
That’s why I’m delighted to entrust her to carry forward a body of contribution that encompasses 50 years of my life’s work.
You are in good hands, trust me.
